There are not enough superlatives I can write to describe how helpful Julie was, and how much comfort her work provided me at a very difficult time. The beautiful urn she created, which sits by my cat's favorite window, continues to provide me comfort to this day.
Over two years ago I lost my companion of 17.5 years and was lucky enough at the time to discover Julie's urns through an auction she had made on ebay. I was impressed by the importance she placed in providing urns which were customized to each cat's unique markings. When the first urn arrived with a chip in it, she didn't hesitate to replace it with an entirely new urn.

Julie made my rough time, losing my 18 year old cat, so much easier. She worked on the urn until it looked like my cat...and that wasn't an easy feat...she was very unusual in color and markings. I highly recommend her work, she sent pics of the urn in progress and asked my opinion. I now have Allie in her spot of honor, she will be with me always, thanks Julie! I do a significant amount of shopping on line, with varying degrees of success and satisfaction. After several days of comparison shopping and research, I decided a ‘Beloved Pet’ urn from Embraceable Urns & Memorials (http://embraceableurns.com), met my criteria for a practical, affordable and personal urn for our late 15-year old cat. This urn is hand-painted to resemble the deceased cat based on photographs. The personalized customer service provided by the artist, Julie, was EXCEPTIONAL. She sent me initial “proof” pictures of her artwork, incorporated my small suggestions for modification then corrected an error I had made to a date at the last minute. Additionally, the ceramic urn was perfectly packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I am pleased with the product. impressed by the service and highly recommend this craftswoman’s services.

I couldn't be more pleased with this item! Not only was it painted to look exactly like my cat, but the customer service was outstanding!! When the urn was done, it wasn't shipped out immediately. Instead, I got a picture of it via email with a request to make sure it was right. Very rarely do I ever come across a company that gives you that much personal service! Thank you so much to Julie for making the urn for our beloved Hudson. My son was heart-broken at the loss of his big bear of a dog. He insisted on having an urn like the one Julie created when my dog passed away a few years ago. I was relieved when my son said the urn was cute in the pictures Julie emailed to me, and it was so nice when the urn arrived and we were able to put Hudson to a peaceful final rest.

I am so touched and impressed with the effort, care, and time Julie put into making my special urn for my precious baby girl Saucony who was with me for 25 incredible years. Losing her was like losing a part of myself, and the grief I felt became so overwhelming that I searched intently online looking for something to ease my pain, and miraculously I found this site and Julie!
